Welcome to July's issue!!

Maria Ford At least Wimbledon wasn’t a washout like last year and the weather hasn’t been too bad to date - but the credit crunch and housing news couldn’t make for more gloomy reading!

If your dilemma is whether or not to put you house on the market, I would suggest that autumn would be a good time. This is when many analysts believe the economic situation will improve and in the meantime, now is the right time to get your home prepared. To give you home sellers hope and inspiration, Tina has written an article about successfully selling her own house in just five weeks in this extremely difficult market for £25,000 over the lowest valuation! - as well as a brief history of how she came to buy that property.
