Tina's October Message

October already and boy are the nights drawing in!

I’ve been out on the road again in the last few weeks, just coming back from filming for BBC1’s Home LIVE programme (10am-11am Mon- Fri in October). I was up in Glasgow for a couple of days and some of you may have seen me featuring designer lighting now the nights are getting darker, the segment on cleaning using the trusted home remedies such as vinegar and lemon juice as well as answering live phone-in caller questions. It was great to meet Matt Allbright and Beverly Turner the presenters. I also bumped in to Paul Torrisi, the property developer from the apprentice.

On my flight up I met a lovely lady who was just taking her Feng Shui exams, so we found we had heaps in common and chatted for the whole flight - hello Kathy and all the others who won free tickets to the Ideal Home Show in Glasow, I hope you had a great time, courtesy of Home stagers.

I was a keynote speaker at the property show in Leeds and at a relocation conference in Dorset. Later this week I’m off to Norfolk speaking to a group of letting agents then next week I’m off to Germany for a few days with the family for a quiet break.

The team has been busy helping people sell this month too, with one of our clients being personally recommended to us by Sarah Beeny (from the Property Ladder) and the property went on to sell in just a couple of weeks.

The team focus this month is on Alison Stone, our design consultant from the East Midlands.
