Home Stagers' September Message

Welcome to September!

Maria Ford Whilst the weather has been awful, Home Stagers has had a wonderful month and already looks set to exceed expectations for September and now there’s a silver lining from Gordon in the big black clouds of the economy for home sellers and estate agents. I’m sure that the Government initiatives on interest free loans will help to kick start the new home building industry and the suspension of stamp duty for properties under the £175,000 threshold is bound to help.

In this month's issue there’s lots to warm up the cool start of Autumn. There’s a great article from Tina (who has probably now got an American accent) on colour trends – and some of her predictions are quite surprising - so watch out for them in the shops.

Our own Steve Kerslake explains how renting a full furniture and accessories pack from Home Stagers Show Homes can really help if you need to sell an empty property now that the Government has thrown out a lifeline.

Good News from the Government Hooray! At last, something to shout about.
