The Property Developers Review, starts with a personal visit to the property by your consultant, who will review the interior and exterior, with an interioror walk through to analyse the property and the way it should be presented. For new-build, or projects at an earlier stage, the consultant will work from plans provided.
The Consultant will then prepare a written Property Developers' Report.
The Property Developers' Report contains and exterior review and recommendations, a property walk-thru, room by room analysis, identifies areas for improvement, design ideas, recommendations on colour and style for each room, recommends fixtures and fittings to acquire and install (from floor tiling to kitchen and bathrooms fittings), where to buy and estimated costs.

If you intend to stage the property for sale on completion of the development project, then we can also include a Show Home Staging Plan, at no additional cost, if instructed at the same time as the Property Developers Review.
