This is a beautifully finished renovation of a 16th century cottage abundant with character detail. The original brickwork and exposed timbers along with the beautiful lime plaster provided us with the canvas and
inspiration on which to build our design. The objective was to carefully compliment and echo the existing charisma of the building. We layered a palette of natural earthy tones and textures also utilising objects found during the construction work as part of the styling detail so that on first sight it feels like home and has all of the elements that embody a truly welcoming and cosy country cottage.
