Our “Staging to Sell” Consultation provides you with the knowledge to implement the changes necessary to maximise your sales potential. Following the appointment booking, one of our senior designers will visit you at home who will spend an estimated two hours with you assessing both the interior and the exterior of your property with the objective of enhancing the saleability, and viewing your property in the best possible light through the eyes of potential buyers. We look at every aspect of the property, from décor including paint colours and flooring to kerb appeal. This room by room assessment will offer advice on maximising your marketing potential. If the property or any rooms are empty the designer will put together a detailed inventory of furniture and furnishings to create a specifically tailored show home staging plan to maximise the architecture and layout. With this report we provide a tailored quotation for either a staging day using your own furniture, a Show Home Furniture Rental project or suggest a reasonable budget to be allocated to update the décor or cover any remedial works.
Our “Staging to Sell” E-Consultation provides an online consultation service; We assess your property from detailed information and photos provided by yourselves rather than from a site visit. The Home Stagers Staging to Sell Report provides a comprehensive room by room appraisal together with cost effective recommendations to maximise your marketing potential. This is e-mailed out to you usually within a week of us receiving the property information.
Our Complete “Staging Day” is an optional follow on service and provides you with either one or two professional design stylists for a day to concentrate on staging key rooms and providing you with fantastic marketing photos. It is a full on fun day with amazing results! Cost depends on how many rooms and how many stylists are required; one stylist would aim to achieve 4 average size rooms depending on the scope of work required which will be assessed at the initial consultation.
